Terms and Agreements

Before registering as a private tutor, please read the following statements clearly. The following rules and regulations will be deemed to have been understood, accepted and willingly obeyed by all tutors upon the registration as a tutor through No1MalaysiaTuition.com.

Rules for Registration

  1. To register as a tutor, certain qualifications must be possessed by the registrant. The registrant is required to provide us with:

Basic personal information, academic qualifications and personal identification documents.

To ensure the full confidence of parents towards the quality of our tutors, all registrants are required to provide a copy of their respective qualification certificates and personal identification card (IC).

  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com welcomes all Malaysian citizens above 18 years old to join our team as a part time or full time private tutor.
  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com is merely in co-operation with the tutors registered via our platform.  All tutors who sign up and join No1MalaysiaTuition.com are not formally employed by No1MalaysiaTuition.com and are therefore not considered as our employees, hence will not receive any pay slip from us.

Referral fees and Payment

  • No registration fee is required at the time of registration as a tutor of No1MalaysiaTuition.com. Once the tutor has successfully commenced tuition classes referred by No1MalaysiaTuition.com, No1MalaysiaTuition.com will collect 50% form the first month’s tuition fees (one-time payment) from the parent as referral fee.
  • Do not alter or agree to any changes on the price initially agreed between No1MalaysiaTuition.com and the student or parent.
  • Tuition fees are calculated on a monthly basis, with every four weeks as a month. If either party (students or tutors) is unable to commence a certain lesson due to any reason, arrangement of a replacement class is compulsory; hence the cycle of a month is always set at four weeks.
  • Tutors must possess their own means of transportation, as transportation fees is included in the tuition fee.
  • Within 3 days from the collection of the first month’s tuition fees, tutors are required to bank or transfer in the required amount of referral fees into the bank account indicated by No1MalaysiaTuition.com.
  • Tutors are reminded to send the receipt of the successful transaction to the number 012-3738190 through the application WhatsApp for confirmation purposes.
  • Students will be referred to tutors according to the information provided by tutors.
  • In the case of which the referral fees are yet to be received by No1MalaysiaTuition.com within 14th days after the tutor received the tuition fees, we will contact the student or parent directly, and reserve the right to terminate the tuition class, appoint another tutor to this student or take appropriate legal actions.

Teaching Regulations to be obeyed by Tutors

  • Tutors are expected to exhibit professionalism and pose good teaching attitudes during classes, such as being punctual and refrain from excessive usage of hand phones or yawning during teaching periods.
  • Caning and scolding is not encouraged in the entire teaching process.
  • Tutors are to possess their own means of transportation.
  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com is only in charge of recommendation, and all tutors are expected to already possess good teaching abilities.
  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com reserves the right to terminate the usage and co-operation with any tutor who is found to be irresponsible, uncooperative, dishonest, frequently creating problems or who has violated the terms and agreements without prior notice.
  • Tutors are not allowed to impose upon parents the purchase of reference books or learning materials. If parents were to request for the assistance of the tutor on purchasing study-related materials, the tutor is required to provide the parent with a complete list of the items to be bought along with the price of every item, and only proceed to the purchase of these items after obtaining the consent of the parent. The parent also reserves the right to refusal of payment if the tutor fails to provide the parent with the relevant receipts.

  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com serves only one role, which is introducing the tutors to learners, hence does not accept any responsibility or liability for any conflict, damage, claim reimbursement, dispute or any other form of offensive behaviour that arises between the parents or students and tutors during the entire learning process.
  • In the teaching process, tutors are required to take full responsibility of their own safety, as the safety of tutors is not within the control of No1MalaysiaTuition.com, hence No1MalaysiaTuition.com will not assure the safety of tutors during tutoring sessions.
  • As a service provider, tutors are expected to take full responsibility of their own speech, requests, negligence and actions.
  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com reserves the right to edit or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and these changes will be announced on No1MalaysiaTuition.com for the information of all users.
  • Under no circumstances will No1MalaysiaTuition.com be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting or arising directly or indirectly from the usage of our website (No1MalaysiaTuition.com).
  • Tutors are expected to obey, as an individual, all laws and legal regulations or tax obligations that are associated to or arise directly or indirectly due to the usage of No1MalaysiaTuition.com as a platform.

Privacy Policy

  • No1MalaysiaTuition.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share, rent or sell your information with any third party outside of our organization.
